Ashtanga Yoga
Yoga is the science of right living. It workson all aspects of the person: the physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual.
The word Yoga is derived from the sanskrit word Yuj. Yuj means to join. Therefore Yoga means that which brings about union. Yoga in the physical sense is a science which deals with the techniques which bring about the union or hormony between body, mind and pranic forcesin the human personality.
Yoga provides techniques which establish harmony to enjoy Good Health and Happiness. Oneofthemethodsto achieve this bliss is through Ashtanga Yoga. This is one method of Yoga based on the eight limbs or branches namely Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranyama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. By practicing the eight limbs one can reach the Yogic state, and realise the Supreme.

Shri Narasimha Murthy was trained under Dr. Swami Geethananda of Anandashrama, Pondicherry for 5 years, in yogasana, pranayama, relaxation techniques and meditation.
He started teaching yoga since 1969, and has taught more than 15,000 students. Initiated Saptharishi Meditation Technique to more than 3000 students.
Founder of Aadhyathma Yoga Sadhana Sangha in 1969. Founder Aacharya for Aadishankara yoga kendra in 1974. Conducted free Yoga classes and free Veda classes.

Shri Raj Kamal,
Founder & Master Yoga Teacher at Yoga Wellness Center, www.yogawellnesscenter.in.
He has always had a keen interest in Yoga and spiritual life style, even as a child. His first lesson in Yoga was taught to him by his father. And in later years, he received spiritual guidance from his family guru, Udaynarayana Singh. He underwent a series of spiritual experiences during this period and finally, under the instruction of his guru, joined the Bihar Yoga Bharati as a Post Graduate student of Applied Yogic Science.​ He is a fully qualified teacher in the life science of Yoga, and is specialized in Pranayama, Chakra Sadhana and Prana Vidya.

Shri Devatama
Shri Devatma,
Founder and Master Yoga Teacher at YWC. Devatma started practicing Yoga at the age of 15, when he learnt classical Yoga from his father. Yoga in his early years, inspired Devatma, and resulted in him taking up Yoga as a career, and later devoted a full time study of the subject. He completed his Post Graduation in Applied Yogic Science at the Bihar Yoga Bharati, in Munger, which is the world's first Yoga University. In true Yogic Tradition, he simultaneously followed the spiritual path of Yoga, and found his guru Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, who gave him the name, Devatma. Devatma is a fully qualified Yoga teacher, and trained in all the Yogic disciplines.

Shri Krishna Kumar
Shri Krishna Kumar named Master KK,
began his journey in Yoga in the year 2006 under the watchful eyes of Yoga Acharya Shri A.S Narasimha Murthy, Bangalore. With dedicated practice in the presence of his Guru's teachings progressed and completed the Junior, Senior and Senior most level of Yogic practices.
Later he was trained under Gurus Shri Rajkamal and Shri Devatma at YWC, Bangalore in the Yogic practices of Bihar School of Yoga. He underwent one year Yoga Teachers Training Course at YWC and earned the Diploma in Yoga from The Karnataka Sanskrit University.
And since completing his Diploma, he is been conducting yoga classes Online to cater to the yogic aspirants at remote places. He is the Founder of IWMA YOGA ACADEMY, the Yoga Sadhana Kendra, Bangalore
